About the Event

This isn’t your typical tech conference where you spend hours listening to presentations in a hotel ballroom. Club Ignite is an immersive, high-energy experience—a 3-day adventure designed for founders, limited partners (LPs), venture capitalists (VCs) and friends to connect in an unforgettable setting.

Happening November 7-10, 2025, at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, this retreat is all about bonding, brainstorming, and having a blast. Picture yourself networking over sunrise coffee, sailing or kiteboarding in the afternoon, and diving into fireside discussions under the stars. This is where deep connections are made—without the rigid structure of a traditional event.

Attendees will cover their own accommodations (we have secured discounted group rates, expect around $2k for your room, single or double occupancy, up to 2 children in addition to adults). Besides your room and airfare, there are no other expenses to attend.

  • Can I bring my partner, spouse, or a friend?
    Absolutely. Many attendees will bring significant others. Most activities will be group-oriented, and the resort setting makes it easy for non-work companions to enjoy themselves.

  • Can I bring my kids?
    Yes. The resort offers family-friendly activities, kids’ clubs, and childcare options. Just note that most Ignite programming will be adult-focused, so plan accordingly.

  • What’s included in the cost?
    Once you’ve booked your room (approx. $2k for 3 nights, single or double occupancy, kids included) and airfare, you’re set. The resort is all-inclusive—meaning food, drinks, and most activities are covered. Club Ignite itself does not charge extra fees.

  • Do I need to be in tech or venture to attend?
    Not strictly. The event is designed for founders, LPs, and VCs, but we also welcome friends of the ecosystem—builders, creatives, and adventurous spirits who thrive in this environment.

  • Is this a conference with talks and panels?
    Nope. Think less “hotel ballroom with PowerPoints,” more “fireside chats, small group brainstorms, and serendipitous conversations.” The focus is connection, not content overload.

  • What should I pack?
    Resort casual works best. Bring swimsuits, light clothes for daytime, and something comfortable but presentable for dinners and evening gatherings. If you’re into activities like sailing, kiteboarding, or yoga, pack accordingly.

  • How structured is the schedule?
    We’ll have a few anchor events each day (breakfast, curated dinners, happy hours, evening discussions). The rest is wide open—choose from resort activities, self-organized adventures, or downtime. We'll keep the group updated with activities available to join with other attendees.

  • What if I want to extend my stay?
    Many people will. The group rate applies before and after the official event dates (based on availability). 

  • How do I apply?
